Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Global Consulting Worldwide S.A. (“GCW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have when you visit our website at gcwlimited.com (the “Site”) or engage our full-spectrum marketing and call-center services (the “Services”).

Please read this policy carefully. By using our Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described here.

Our two roles. When you visit our Site or contact us directly, GCW acts as the “data controller” of your personal information. When we handle personal information on behalf of a client — for example, when we run marketing campaigns, lead-generation, or call-center operations for them — GCW acts as a “data processor” and processes that information only according to the client’s documented instructions and our agreement with them. If you were contacted as part of a campaign we operate for one of our clients and wish to exercise your rights, please see Section 9 or contact us and we will direct your request appropriately.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and identification details such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and website.
  • The content of any message, enquiry, or brief you send us through our contact form, by email, or by phone.
  • Any other information you choose to share with us during discussions about a potential or ongoing engagement.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and language.
  • Usage data such as the pages you view, the links you click, the date and time of your visit, and the site you came from.
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information we process on behalf of clients

As part of our Services, we may process personal information relating to our clients’ customers or prospects — such as names, contact details, call records or recordings, and campaign responses. We process this information solely as a processor, under our clients’ instructions and only for the purposes they define.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries, provide information or quotes, and schedule calls.
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services and Site.
  • Communicate with you about projects, updates, and administrative matters.
  • Send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them, and manage your preferences.
  • Analyze how our Site is used so we can improve its performance and content.
  • Protect the security and integrity of our Site and Services, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires it (for example, for individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process your personal information:

  • Consent — which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
  • Legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, provided these do not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with the law.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. These may include:

  • Essential cookies, required for the Site to operate.
  • Analytics cookies, which help us measure and improve performance.
  • Functional cookies, which remember your choices.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — trusted third parties who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They are bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Our clients — where we process information as part of the Services we provide to a specific client, that information is shared with, and belongs to, that client.
  • Legal and regulatory — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GCW or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Call Monitoring and Recording

Where we conduct calls as part of our Services, calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, verification, and compliance purposes. Where required by law, notice will be given at the start of the call and consent obtained. Recordings are treated confidentially and retained only as long as necessary.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information we process on behalf of a client is retained according to that client’s instructions and our agreement with them. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security

We treat confidentiality and data protection as core responsibilities. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing.
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@gcwlimited.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your information was collected as part of a campaign we run for one of our clients, we will forward your request to the relevant client (the data controller) or handle it in accordance with their instructions.

Residents of the Dominican Republic are protected under Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data. Individuals in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

10. Marketing Communications

If you receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@gcwlimited.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages relating to your enquiries or an active engagement.

11. International Data Transfers

We are based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Your information may be processed and stored in the Dominican Republic or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
